IT’S OFFICIAL!

I was selected as an A’s KPop Demon Hunters Night Ambassador, and I could not be more excited about this one!

My family and I are big KPop Demon Hunters fans.

When we first watched it together, we were blown away. The music. The story. The redemption arc. We loved it.

We even laughed so much at the noodle scene that we went out and bought Korean noodles almost immediately. We had to try them!

But there’s another reason this night means something to me.

I grew up watching the A’s at the Oakland Coliseum. I spent a lot of time at that ballpark as a kid. The Bash Brothers were my era.

Now I get to bring my own family to watch the team I grew up supporting AND experience KPop Demon Hunters Night together.

That is going to be a fun night.

This is the perfect summer salad!

Peach, Fig, and Arugula Salad with Spicy Lemon Honey Vinaigrette

First, prepare the vinaigrette: Combine one garlic clove, minced, lemon juice from 1 lemon, 2 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. sriracha, and salt in a lidded jar. Add ¾ c. olive oil and shake well until incorporated.
Next, assemble the salad: Spread arugula on a large platter and add sliced peaches, figs, dates, and shallots and toss with about 2 tbsp. of the vinaigrette.
